Prohibition Modern Condo

This condo renovation included the most spectacular original feature — a 16′ tall advertisement from the early twentieth century. Painted on the exterior brick of an adjacent structure, the artwork had been hidden for nearly 60 years. A complete floor plan change and vibrant new finishes created a home made for entertaining and enjoying the city.
